5 Flavor Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter or margarine
1/2 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
5 eggs, well beaten
3 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 tsp. coconut extract
1 tsp. rum extract
1 tsp. butter extract
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Cream
butter,\tshortening
and
sugar\tuntil light and fluffy.
Add
eggs\tand
beat
well.
Combine flour and baking powder and\tadd to creamed mixture with milk.
Stir in flavorings. Bake
in
10-inch\ttube
pan
at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes before turning out onto rack.
