Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth (bouillon)
    2 1/2 c. 2-inch spaghetti pieces
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, chopped
    1 small jar pimento
    4 c. cooked chicken
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook vegetables in chicken broth until tender.
    Cook spaghetti; drain.
    Mix hot spaghetti with 2/3 chopped cheese.
    Add soup, vegetables and broth, pimento, chicken, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Put in 3-quart buttered casserole.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
