Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
1 c. melted Crisco shortening
3 c. white sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 qt. buttermilk
5 tsp. baking soda
5 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix together by hand the first 5 ingredients (Raisin Bran, Crisco, white sugar, eggs and buttermilk).
Blend flour, baking soda and salt together and add.
Mix well.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
