Salmon Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Make white sauce of all ingredients except eggs and salmon. Then add salmon while sauce is boiling.
    Remove from heat and put well beaten yolks of eggs into mixture.
    Cool.
    Beat the whites of the eggs stiff and fold in just before pudding in oven.
    Pour into a greased baking dish and bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
