Fettuccine Primavera - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion, chopped
vegetable cooking spray
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen snow pea pods, thawed
1 sweet red pepper, cut into thin strips
1 c. fresh broccoli flowerets
1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
Alfredo Sauce
1 (12 oz.) pkg. fettuccine, cooked without salt or fat
Preparation

Cook onion in large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat, stirring constantly until tender.
Add snow peas and next 3 ingredients.
Cook, stirring constantly until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Stir in Alfredo Sauce; add fettuccine and toss gently.
Serve immediately.
