Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 can condensed tomato soup
2 cans tomatoes
1 can red kidney beans, drained
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. red pepper
parsley flakes
macaroni (optional)
Preparation

Cook beef, celery, pepper and onion until beef is brown.
Add soup, tomatoes and drained kidney beans.
Simmer for 30 minutes. Add spices; simmer for 1 hour.
You can add macaroni and cook an additional 30 minutes, or double the recipe and freeze any extra.
