Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. coconut
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. grated carrots
    2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix first six ingredients together in a large bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into greased and floured 11 x 15-inch pan or 8 x 8-inch pan, plus 18 cupcakes or 3 (9 x 4-inch) loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 or 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    While baking make syrup and boil 5 minutes.
