English Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. margarine
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. dry yeast
4 1/2 c. flour
1 egg
cornmeal
vegetable oil
Preparation

Heat
milk and margarine in a saucepan until very warm. In
a large
bowl,
combine sugar, salt, yeast and 1 1/2 cups flour. Add
milk
and margarine mixture;
beat for 2 minutes. Beat in egg
and 1 cup flour.
With a spoon, add 2 cups flour or enough for a stiff dough.
