Lemon Salad Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. lime gelatin
    3 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. cut cooked chicken or flaked tuna
    1 (1 lb. 3 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1/2 c. toasted almonds
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in water.
    Add lemon juice and salad dressing and mix well.
    Chill in refrigerator until mixture begins to congeal.
    Beat well; add remaining ingredients and mix.
    Pour into lightly oiled 2-quart mold.
    Chill until set.
    Unmold on salad greens and garnish as desired.
