Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. green peppers
    3 c. red peppers
    3 c. onions
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. vinegar
    1/2 box celery seed
    1/2 box mustard seed
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Chop the green and red peppers and the onions.
    Cover with boiling water and let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
    Drain.
    Mix with the vinegar and spice mixture.
    Boil 1/2 hour.
    Pour into scalded jars. Seal.
    Store in a cool place.
