Tandoori Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. assorted chicken parts
    1 onion (optional)
    1 pt. plain yogurt
    dry tandoori mix (available at Indian grocery stores)
Preparation
    Remove skin from chicken and place in casserole dish.
    Place 1 teaspoon tandoori mix on each piece of chicken.
    Pour yogurt into dish and mix chicken, spice and yogurt until there is a uniform orange color.
    Place in refrigerator 2 hours up to 12 hours.
    Bake in oven at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
