Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli spears
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook broccoli for 5 minutes; drain well.
    Cut into bite size pieces and place in buttered casserole dish.
    Combine soup, egg, mayonnaise, onion, salt and pepper.
    Pour over broccoli and top with 1/2 cup crushed cheese crackers.
    Bake 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
