Creamed Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. soda cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 can cream-style corn
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In 1-quart glass casserole, heat butter 30 seconds.
Add egg, cracker crumbs, corn, salt and pepper; blend evenly.
Cook 4 to 6 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time.
Rest 5 minutes before serving.
