Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium size carrots
    4 stalks celery
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice, cooled
    1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cut up carrots and celery.
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Cover and chill before serving.
