My Best Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    2 c. grated carrots
    4 eggs
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. pecan pieces
Preparation
    Add in large bowl the oil, sugar, eggs, carrots, pineapple and vanilla.
    Stir by hand, then add remaining ingredients and stir by hand again.
    Bake in 2 round cake pans or a 9 x 13-inch loaf pan for 30 to 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
