Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. water
1/2 c. salt
1 Tbsp. vegetable cooking oil
2 tsp. cream of tartar
desired amount of food coloring

Preparation

Cook all ingredients over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture pulls away from pan and is no longer sticky.
