Crispy Ginger Chicken And Peaches(Makes 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 broiler-fryer (about 2 1/2 lb.)
    1/4 c. yellow cornmeal
    1/4 c. all-purpose or whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 to 1/3 c. milk
    1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. packed brown sugar
    1/8 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Cut chicken into 6 serving size pieces.
    Mix cornmeal, flour, the 1 teaspoon ginger, salt, sugar, paprika, onion salt and garlic salt.
    Dip chicken into milk; coat with cornmeal mixture.
    Place, skin side up, in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake, uncovered, in a hot oven (400\u00b0) for 50 minutes.
