Apple Spice Custard Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (18 1/4 oz.) pkg. spice cake mix
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream, at room temperature
    ground cinnamon
    2 medium apples, pared, cored and finely chopped
    1/4 c. lemon juice (ReaLemon)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Prepare cake mix as directed.
    Stir in apples.
    Pour into well-greased and floured 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Meanwhile, in bowl, combine milk, sour cream and lemon juice. Remove cake from oven.
    Spread cream mixture over top; return to oven and bake 10 minutes more or until set.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Refrigerate any leftovers.
