Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 extra large can water-pack tuna
    1 pkg. flat egg noodles
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pt. heavy cream
    1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped fine
    1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
    1/4 c. parsley sprig, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
    1 pkg. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Layer precooked noodles then tuna, then veggies.
    Mix soup with small amount of water; dribble over each layer.
    Add Velveeta cheese.
    Do another layer and top with cheese.
    Cok covered at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Last 5 minutes cook uncovered to brown.
