Spaghetti Sauce For A Crowd - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 lb. ground beef
3 cloves minced garlic
1 large onion, chopped
4 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
5 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 (No. 10) can crushed tomatoes
5 c. tomato sauce (1/2 of No. 10 can)
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 bay leaves
salt to taste
Preparation

Brown meat and drain.
Saute garlic and onion in olive oil. Add to meat.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer 2 to 3 hours, stirring often.
Add water if necessary to keep right consistency. Add olives, oregano or basil to taste.
Serves 50.
