Kismet Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 lb. seedless white grapes, halved
6 1/2 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced, drained
1 c. slivered, toasted almonds
1 c. celery, diagonally sliced
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. hot curry powder
1 c. mayonnaise
lettuce leaves
Preparation

Combine chicken,
grapes,
water
chestnuts, almonds and celery. Combine soy sauce, curry powder and mayonnaise.
Add mayonnaise mixture to chicken mixture.
Chill and serve on lettuce leaves.
