Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sliced zucchini
    3/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 box Stove Top stuffing mix
    approximately 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a skillet, saute onion and zucchini in margarine for approximately 10 minutes (zucchini should be firm).
    In a large bowl, combine contents from 1 box of Stove Top stuffing mix, soup, milk and egg and mix together.
    Add zucchini and onion to mixture.
    Put in 2-quart casserole dish and top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Cool for 10 minutes and serve.
