Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    3 oz. soft cream cheese
    1/2 Tbsp. water
    1/4 tsp. peppermint flavoring
    food coloring
    granulated sugar
Preparation
    Cream the sugar and cheese.
    Add flavoring and coloring.
    Mix until pie dough texture.
    Roll into small balls, then roll each ball in granulated sugar.
    Press into molds.
    Put on wax paper to set.
