Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 to 6 lb.) hen
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can mushrooms
    1 can peas
    1 c. celery
    2 c. stock
    1/2 lb. cheese, grated
    1 onion
    small piece of garlic
    1/2 lb. butter
    1 small pkg. spaghetti
Preparation
    Boil the hen with seasoning; remove meat from bones and cut in large pieces.
    Melt butter; saute onion, celery and garlic.
    Add tomatoes and tomato sauce;
    continue to cook for 10 minutes.
    Cook spaghetti in chicken stock; add to the chicken mixture.
    Add mushrooms and the 2 cups of stock saved from cooking the hen. Cook about 30 minutes.
