Gingerbread Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. white flour
3/4 c. wheat flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. oil
1 egg
1 egg white
1/4 c. molasses
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in large bowl; set aside.
In large bowl, mix buttermilk, oil, egg, egg white and molasses.
Add to the dry mixture and stir lightly; DO NOT OVERMIX!
Drop into muffin tins. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
