Corn Meal Mush(A High-Protein Alternative To Pancakes.) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. water
1 c. fine corn flour
1 c. corn meal or coarse corn flour
salt to taste
Preparation

The night before:
Bring water and salt to boil in a large pot; remove from heat.
Slowly add corn flours while stirring. Return to heat; cook over low heat until very stiff.
Let cool to touch.
Shape into a block about 4 inches high.
Wrap in foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate.
