Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. jar spaghetti sauce
    1 lb. box lasagna wide noodles
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 lb. hamburger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. each oregano and chili powder
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    small Ricotta cheese
Preparation
    Put noodles on to boil in large pot. Salt and add 1 tablespoon oil. Let water boil before adding noodles. In a large pot, cook onions and green peppers in 2 tablespoons oil for 3 minutes. Add hamburger and stir until browned. Add spaghetti sauce and spices. Cook over low heat, stirring often, about 15 minutes. In very large Pyrex baking pan, put in a little sauce and spread over bottom. Add one layer of noodles. Spread 1/3 Ricotta cheese on noodles. Next, spread about 1/3 sauce. Then sprinkle a thin layer of Mozzarella cheese. Repeat twice, ending with heavier layer of Mozzarella cheese on top.
