Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/4 to 1/2 c. breadcrumbs
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
1 can onion soup
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients together.
Shape into small balls. Brown garlic in oil and discard garlic.
Brown meatballs.
Place in large pan with cover.
Add onion soup (do not dilute) and cook for 1 hour over low flame.
Serve with noodles or rice.
Serves 4 to 6.
