Company Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    dry onion mix or chopped fresh onion
    1/2 stick margarine
    3/4 to 1 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until done; drain and add soup.
    Blend with mixer.
    Add cheese and onion and blend.
    Melt margarine in microwave oven.
    Pour 1/2 melted margarine in large glass baking dish.
    Pour potato mixture over margarine.
    Sprinkle potatoes with crushed corn flakes.
    Pour remaining margarine over top of corn flakes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until mixture bubbles.
