Broccoli-Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head broccoli (raw)
    1 head cauliflower (raw)
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Chop broccoli and cauliflower into small pieces, discarding all stems.
    Chop water chestnuts into small pieces.
    Mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice and sugar; fold in all vegetables.
    Mix together; chill for at least one hour.
