Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
8 c. popped popcorn
Preparation

Heat brown sugar, corn syrup, margarine and salt to simmer in a 4-quart Dutch oven over medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
