Broccoli And Cauliflower Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frozen bag broccoli
    1 frozen bag cauliflower
    1 can cream of mushroom or 1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 to 1 c. Minute rice (raw)
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 to 1 c. shredded Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Melt margarine in frying pan; saute onion.
    Add rice and stir. Pour in soup, milk, water and cheese; mix until cheese melts. Grease bottom and sides of baking dish.
    Chop broccoli and cauliflower; place in baking dish.
    Pour cheese and rice mixture on top; bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
