Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 unbaked pie shells
    3 eggs
    24 oz. sour cream
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. salt (not necessary)
    2 c. grated cheese (Swiss is best, but Cheddar will do or half and half)
Preparation
    Fry and drain sausage.
    Mix into eggs, sour cream and cheese mixture.
    Add and blend Worcestershire and salt.
    Pour into unbaked pie shells and bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce to 325\u00b0 and cook 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Ham or hamburger can be substituted for sausage.
    Good any meal!
