Strawberry Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. strawberries, washed and hulled
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white wine
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. cold water
    1/2 c. boiling water
    2 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    Crush berries.
    Add sugar and white wine.
    Stir well.
    Chill. Soften gelatin in cold water; add boiling water.
    Stir to dissolve;
    cool.
    Combine gelatin and chilled strawberry mixture; beat with rotary beater until slightly thickened.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Turn into 2-quart ring mold.
    To serve, fill ring with additional strawberries and whipped cream.
    Garnish top with large berries.
    Yields 10 to 12 servings.
