Quick Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large potatoes, sliced
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    10 saltine crackers, crushed
    1 can French onion soup
Preparation
    In casserole, alternate layers of potatoes and crushed crackers.
    Dot with butter, etc.
    Pour can of soup over top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
