Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can sweet peas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 yellow onion
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground sirloin
5 lb. Russet potatoes
garlic, carrots, any vegetables you like (optional)
Preparation

Cook ground sirloin in skillet; drain fat.
While meat is cooking, peel and quarter potatoes.
Place in large pot of water and boil for 25 to 30 minutes.
Drain the potatoes and mash using small amount of milk, butter, salt and pepper.
Dice onion.
Add onion to meat after it has been drained.
Cook a little longer and add the soup and sweet peas.
Mix altogether in skillet.
Put meat mixture in casserole dish.
Place mashed potatoes on top of meat. Do not mix.
Place in broiler to brown tops of mashed potatoes. Enjoy.
