Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 chopped onion
2 Tbsp. flour
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
snipped parsley
1 c. cooked noodles or rice
Preparation

In a large skillet, cook and stir ground beef and onion in butter until meat is brown and onion is tender. Stir in flour, salt, garlic, pepper and mushrooms. Cook, stirring constantly for 5 minutes. Stir in soup; heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream and heat through.
