Hearty Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. sour cream
    1 stick oleo, melted
    1 c. diced onions (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. crushed potato chips (optional)
    8 oz. grated or shredded cheese
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together in a large bowl by hand.
    Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
