Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    2 eggs, beaten
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 tsp. dried onion
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1/4 to 1/2 green pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 to 1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Spread cheese on top and bake 30 minutes more, until knife comes out clean.
    Serves 15 to 20.
