Peach-Glazed Chicken With Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/8 tsp. allspice
    3 c. Stove Top stuffing chicken flavor
Preparation
    Drain peaches, reserving syrup.
    Add water to make 1 cup.
    Set aside.
    Brown chicken in hot oil in skillet.
    Add water-syrup mixture, margarine, sugar, vinegar and allspice.
    Bring to boil; cover.
    Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
    Stir in stuffing mix and peaches; remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
