Bacon Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes (2 1/2 to 3 lb.)
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 lb. processed American cheese, cubed
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    3/4 c. sliced black olives
    chopped fresh parsley (optional)
    paprika (optional)
Preparation
    Peel potatoes; place in a saucepan and cover with water.
    Cook until tender, but firm; drain and cube.
    In a bowl, mix potatoes, onion, cheese and mayonnaise.
    Transfer to an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with bacon and olives.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
    If desired, sprinkle with parsley and paprika.
