Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
    3 bananas, mashed
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in a bowl.
    Add frozen strawberries.
    Stir until gelatin thickens.
    Add bananas, pineapple and pecans; mix well.
    Pour half the mixture into 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Chill until set.
    Layer sour cream and remaining gelatin over top.
    Chill until set.
    Makes 10 servings.
