Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. shortening
2 c. buttermilk
5 1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. soda
1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together and cut in shortening.
Mix yeast and water with buttermilk and mix into dry ingredients. Knead lightly. Store in greased, covered bowl in refrigerator.
To use, take out amounts needed. Roll and cut.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for about 20 minutes until brown.
