Fish Florentine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. or more fish fillets (enough for 3 to 4 people)
1 lb. bag frozen spinach
Preparation

Cook the fish and the spinach separately (drain spinach well). Butter a baking dish and line with cooked spinach.
Top with cooked fish.
Pour a white wine sauce over fish and bake only until heated through.
