Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1\\2 Stick Butter
1\\2 C. Sugar
1\\2 C. Honey
2 Eggs
1 1\\2 C. Mashed, very ripe Bananas
1 1\\2 C. Flour
1\\2 tsp. Baking Soda
1\\2 tsp. Salt
1\\2 C. Nuts
Preparation

Cream butter with wooden spoon. Add sugar and honey, beat until creamy and light. Add eggs, one at a time, then thoroughly mix in the bananas. Mix together flour, soda and salt, blend thoroughly into mixture. Fold in nuts. Butter 12x4 1\\2x2 1\\2 loaf pan. Pour in batter. Bake at350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
