Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    12 flour tortillas
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
    2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
    2 (5.3 oz.) cans evaporated milk
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, broken in chunks
Preparation
    Brown and drain fat from ground beef.
    Add onion and Cheddar cheese.
    Heat mixture until cheese melts.
    Divide mixture among 12 tortillas.
    Roll up and place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
