Pumpkin Or Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 1/2 c. pumpkin or squash, cooked
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Beat eggs and add sugar, salt and spices.
    Mix well (may use a blender).
    Add butter, pumpkin and milk and mix until well blended.
    Pour into unbaked pastry crust.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Then finish baking at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until knife inserted into center of pie comes out clean.
