Veggie Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (8 oz. each) crescent rolls
    1 egg, beaten
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 (1 oz.) pkg. dry Ranch dressing
    3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    broccoli, cauliflower, tomato*
Preparation
    Spread rolls out like crust on an ungreased pan. Brush with egg. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 11 minutes. Cool. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and salad dressing. Spread over crust, then sprinkle with veggies and cheese.
