Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 gal. popped corn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together brown sugar, butter, syrup and salt.
    Boil 5 minutes stirring often.
    Add soda and vanilla and mix thoroughly. This froths up as mixed.
    Pour over popped corn in large kettle. Place on cookie sheet or large pans.
    Bake at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
