Marinated Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans LeSueur English peas
    1 can LeSueur Shoe Peg corn
    1 small jar chopped pimentos
    1 small green pepper, chopped small
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Drain peas, pimentos and corn in colander.
    Mix vinegar, sugar and oil together thoroughly.
    Stir into vegetable mixture. Marinate overnight.
    Great side dish.
